Computer Technology:computer which means a programmable machine and technology       which means methods of organization in order to solve a problem.

COMPUTER ETHICS

          A branch of practical philosophy that deals with how computing professionals should make decisions regarding professional and social conduct.The concept of computer ethics originated in 1950 when Norbert Weiner, an MIT professor and inventor of an information feedback system called "cybernetics", published a book called "the Human use of human beings" which laid out the basic foundations of computer ethics and made Norbert Weiner the father of computer ethics.

Laws :a system of rules and guidelines, usually enforced through a set of institutions.
